In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed by us, we shall cancel the order immediately and refund the entire amount.
If we have already printed and shipped the product, we will not be able to approve the cancellation request. In such cases, the product follows the normal life cycle process.
Cancellation by SLATE HASH :
Under certain circumstances it might not be possible for us to accept an order and we may be compelled to cancel the same. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at our sole discretion.
Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
We may also ask for additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
If your order is cancelled after you are charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your bank account in the next 15 days.
The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by SLATE HASH and accept it’s decision regarding the cancellation.

If you want to exchange your size, please drop us a mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or drop us a message (iMessage or whatsapp) on 9601376838 with details: Order no and size you want for exchange within the 7 days from the delivery date. You have to ship the item on our return address on your own. We will give you address details when you ll mail us. Once you ship it to us, we ll examine it and initiate your exchange. When you mail us we ll guide you through whole process.
We ll accept return and provide replacement or refund (shipping charges are not refundable) in form of store credits when received products is damaged or misprinted. To place a return request please message us on 9601376838 or email us at email@example.com with the order no and picture of defective misprinted product and we will guide you through the process. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 7 days after the delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

We only accept returns when product is damaged/defective/misprinted, and for that we ll provide exchange or replacement.
It is best to contact SLATE HASH before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges are to be offered at your expense and discretion.
REASONS FOR RETURNS
Quality Issues – In the case of a misprint or damage during transit, SLATE HASH will provide a free replacement upon confirmation. In this case, a photo of the defective or damaged or misprinted product with tags is required just to make sure the product is unusable before we sends a replacement.
